Title of your book. What page are you on? At this point you should be nearing or be just a bit beyond the climax of your story, so summarize some of the main events that have occurred leading up to the "highest" or "turning" point of your sci fi book. ReplyDeleteThe book I am reading is "Mocking-jay". I am on page 168. Katniss is at district 13. She is worried about Peeta. There is a war between the rebels and the capitol. Katniss firsts sees Peeta unharmed. Then he starts to act like he is on the Capitols side. Katniss thinks that Peeta is being tortured to say all this stuff and hates Katniss. Peeta acts like Katniss is an enemy. He says all kind of mean stuff.

The book that I am reading is Among The Hidden by Margaret Peterson Haddix. I am currently on page 84. The even that is before the climax is Luke looking out the window and he noticed that there was a young girl looking out the window too when her two brothers and parents were gone. The climax is Luke meeting this forbidden child face to face.

I am reading Catching Fire. I am on page 80. The problem in this story is that President Snow cn see that Katniss doesn't truly love Peeta, and so President Snow wants Katniss to convince him that she loves Peeta. So far Katniss is doing a pretty good job, on camera, and off camera its like he doesn't even exist. Haymitch is explaining to Katniss that she is stuck with Peeta for the rest of her life so she better start enjoying it because if she doesn't she will be even more miserable!
I AM NUMBER FOUR.I'm on page 45. Well number four and the other eight have been on Earth to try to sav their race but the Mogadorians are trying to end it but the nine that are trying to save their race get powers at a surrtane age but it can be any age. Three are dead next is Four and he just got his powers on page fourty-two . Now he is ready to fight to save his race.

The title of my book is "Divergent" by Veronica Roth. I am on page one 110. One main event is that Beatrice picks her faction. I was very surprised with her choice, because based on her faction that she was born in she does not seem like she would choose this faction. After she does she is named the name Tris by a guy named Four after she is the "fist jumper." Then they are told that they have to fight each other for initiations. The first day Tris does no have to go, but she will go tomorrow. Before initiations the next day a boy named Peter writes out the word "STIFF" on Tris' bed sheet and pillow. I turns out Peter is the one that Tris will be fighting during initiations. Al and Christina try to give her some options, because they know that she can't win. It bothers Tris that they really have no confidence in her or believe that she could win. That is where I stopped today on page 110.

I'm reading Artemis Fowl, by Eoin Colfer. I'm on page 47 because I decided to switch books. So far we have Artemis Fowl, 12 years old, and a criminal mastermind. Butler, his bodyguard and only friend. In search of a Book carried by all magical beings that live on the surface of Earth, and even below the crust of Earth. Finally finding the book they return to the Fowl Estate Manor, and Artemis begins to decode the pages of the book they had gotten their hands on. Now they're looking for something, money, magic, weapons? I don't know, but I feel as though it'll turn out to be more dangerous then Artemis thought it would be.

The title of my book is City of Lost Souls. I have finished the book. One of the main events was when Clary decided to try to gain the trust of their enemies and try to figure out what they're planning, and to rescue Jace while she's at it. Another part is when Simon summons Raziel for help and almost gets blasted to pieces. One other part is when Jace finally admits what Sebastian is planning to do, which involves burning down the world.

The book I am currently reading is The Lightning Thief by: Rick Riordan. I am on page 37. What I know so far is the Percy Jackson, a 12 year old boy who is a half blood, attends a school called Yancy Academy for troubled kids. His pre-algebra teacher Mrs. Dodds does not seem human to him. One day they take a field trip to a museum where the teacher pulls him aside. Mrs. Dodds shows her other side and is definitely not human. Percy ends Mrs. Dodds. Grover talks to Mr. Brunner about how he must protect Percy. Grover and Percy leave the museum and Percy knows that Grover is not telling him something. Grover finally tells Percy that he must protect and never let him leave his site. When they are on the bus they see these three weird ladies knitting on the side of the road, giving Percy a unusual look. Grover needs to get Percy away from them and keep him safe, until Percy decides to head home without Grover knowing.

The book that I am reading right now is called 'The Immortal Von B' by M. Scott Carter. The page I am currently on is pg.116. The highest point of this book is that Josie will finally get the opportunity to go to the Beethoven Retrospect to see about her mothers history and past, and how some of her most famous friends and accomplices gave Josie some back round knowledge at where her mother went to go for tours and if she knew about her lost daughter.

The title of my book is First Light and I am on page 58. So far Peter, his dad, his mom, and Jones are all heading up to Greenland for a 6 week trip. This is when the story switches to Thea a girl that lives in grace hope a city under the arctic ice. Thea just wants everyone to surface again and feels life would be better then even though her own mother died trying this. Peter seems to get these strange visions that would seem odd at first but also scare him.
I am still reading the book Daniel X. I am on page 163. So far Daniel has hunted many aliens, but none in the top ten. Seth Ergent is up to three times more powerful than Daniel. Will he have enough strength to concur his fears? Can he defeat Number 6 Seth Ergent?

Goliath I am on page 148. A main event that just happened was Alek found out that Deryn was a girl after Deryn saying she was a boy for a really long time. Dr. Busk almost found out that Deryn was a girl. They take Tesla before he gets mauled by fighting bears. Tesla is hiding a bomb made out of magnetic iron that could blow up the leviathan. A group of pilots on the plane asked Deryn about her brother not knowingly.

The book I'm reading is Catching Fire and I finished the book. Some main events that happened while I was reading was that Katniss and Peeta get called for the Hunger Games again. They also face some new opponents. During the Hunger Games Katniss, and Peeta will have to make lots of allies to help Katniss live.

I have finished reading my science fiction book which is called The Selection. Until the climax some key parts in the story were America Singer gets chosen to participate in the selection and compete for Prince Maxon's hand in marriage. America does not want to get married though because she is still in love with her x-boyfriend Aspen. The only reason America enters the competition is because her family is very poor and she gets money for participating in the competition. Although America does not want to her and Prince Maxon become closer and closer as we head towards the climax.

So far the monsters on Alcatraz island have turned against each other, the spartoi are being fought held off, so San Francisco is not destroyed. Aten on Danu Talis is being rescued, and Sophie and Josh in The Pyramid of the Sun are waiting to be presented as the rightful rulers of Danu Talis..

The book that I am reading is Life As We Knew It. I am on page 190. In my book an asteroid hits the moon and pushes the moon closer to the Earth. Every one goes crazy and things the world is going to end. Since the moon is much closer to the Earth, the moons gravitational pull is making a lot of natural disasters. Tons of city''s and even country's get completely submerged in water. Volcanoes are erupting, and earthquakes. It's going to be a cold hard winter for Miranda and her family. Will they be able to survive?

I am reading the book Crater by Homer Hickam. The book is going extremely slow but I have a feeling that it will get better. I am never good at reading books with a lot of pages and words so that could also be the reason why. But so far Crater the main character has been with the Sheriff of Moontown and that's all he was described as very handsome for his age.

I am reading the book, "Trash". I am on page 106. The biggest event that happened so far was when Raphael found a bag full of money and an ID in the trash dumps. Ever since Raphael found the bag, the cops have been after him. Raphael keeps everything a secret, because within the bag, there are many items that can be used to solve a mystery. The persons ID was supposedly someone who robbed the president and took 6 million dollars. If Raphael never found the bag, everything would've been the same.

The book I am reading is Divergent by Veronica Roth, I am on page 30. So far Beatrice went into the testing room where she finds a dog that looks like he is going to attack her but Beatrice calms him down by remembering everything she knows about a dog. She also goes into a bus were she lies to a man that asks her if she knows the man and she lied so she gets out of the testing room to meat Tory. I am still not close to the climax.

I am reading “House of Dark Shadows” and I am on page 68. Some of the main events that lead up to the climax so far are that Xander’s family was looking for a house, because they just moved to their current town, Pinedale. They went to this house that was on the sale listing, and they seemed to like it….Until weird things start to happen. When Xander and his dad go to the real-estate lady, she tells them that that particular house wasn’t on the sales listing, and tells them a couple other things about the house and its past. She tells them that the family that lived in that house before killed his own family and then commits suicide. Not bothering Xanders parents, they buy the house and break the news to the kids.

I am on page 136. There were many interesting events leading up to the climax in the science fiction book, The Maze Runner. Thomas woke up suddenly in the Glade, a group of children who were also trapped there. They don't know who there parents were, why they were there, or there memories. All they remember is there name. Thomas hears about Maze Runners, a group of people who try to map a maze to get out of the prison they are living in. Thomas doesn't know why, but he knows that he has to be a Maze Runner. Thomas was attacked by Ben, a child who was still in the Changing. Thomas escapes with his life. I recommend anyone who hasn't to read The Maze Runner.
i am on page 34 of the Hunger Games: CATCHING FIRE this book is really good its the best book i ever read in my life! the turn up point is when katnis everdeen and petta has to go back in to the games and fight to the death against people who won the games in the past are katnis and peeta going to go back in the games and win again? Rex by Steve Cole, and I almost near to finish the book because I am on page 186, and I am getting to the good part of the story :D Well anyways, some events that had occurred to the leading point (aka climax) was when Zed (the Z. Rex, Zed is his name) is missing from an abandoned warehouse that Zed and Adam Adlar were living in, and now Adam is on an adventure to go look for HIM, although Adam's Dad is gone and Zed and Adam was going to look for him. I just got to the climax of the story (I'm pretty sure), so I don't know anything more yet, but I shall keep reading :)

I am reading the book Raider's Ransom and am on page 194. The problem in the story so far is that the Prime Minister's daughter has be captured by the Raiders. They are known for chopping up and eating human beings so the whole city is worried about her. Lily, is an orphan living in this city. She is living with her friend Andy and his father who are both fisherman. She has to warn them because word is that the Prime Minister is going to make regular fisherman/militiamen fight against the Raiders and get them back. Andy and his father might be in danger, but then the story takes a twist...

The title of my book is Leviathan and the author is Scott Westerfeld. I am on page 173 and there are two main characters. Their names are Alek and Deryn. Alek is the prince of Austria an Deryn is a girl disguised as a boy to get into the British air force since only boys are allowed to fly. So far Alek’s parents, the King and Queen of Austria were poisoned and Alek was attacked and had to the country. Deryn was going to flight school and volunteered to go first to fly. Then a big storm came and split Deryn from the airbase. Eventually the Leviathan came and rescued Deryn. The Leviathan is a big web of beasts molded together to make a giant air ship.

ReplyDeleteIn my book "Roberto and Me" by Dan Gutman, I am on page 62. In this book Joe Stoshack a baseball fan, player, and card collector, Learns a history lesson from his Spanish teacher on the death of Roberto Clemente. He was the Pittsburgh Pirates. Clemente was one of the only players in MLB history to hit 3,000 hits in a career. He had exactly 3,000 under his belt. he would of had more for he had about 4 or 5 decent years left in his career. But it would have to be cut short after a devastating plane crash ended his life on New Years day. Joe has a secret power. He can travel back in time with old baseball cards. All he has to do is hold it in his hands and let the tingling sensation run through his body. He's done is before with Honus Wagner, Jackie Robinson, Babe Ruth etc. So Joe's initial reaction to this story is to go back in time and stop Clemente from getting on the plane. I am at the part right where he goes back to the 60's.

I am reading the book Goliath. My page is 483. I am very past the climax and nothing really that I can remember has happened. One thing I do remember though is that the passenger has tested a machine and when he tested it people from on the other area of the world had the sky dramatically change colors. The book is really good though and I recommend reading it.

I am reading the book Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card. I am currently on page 204. In this book, Ender, a six-year-old boy is brought to battle school in space to train, and eventually lead an army to save the human race. It seems like a lot, but to Ender, its only just beginning. He is bullied, and treated unfairly. But, surprisingly, he is the top soldier of the entire school. As he trains, he gets older and finally, when he turns nine, the people in charge notice his increasingly good work and promote him to commander of his own army. Ender now has to figure out a way to shape his young, inexperienced, little soldiers into brave, strong, experienced men. He needs to figure out a way to command his army and possibly even save mankind. But how?

Im reading found and im only on page 15. So far in the book there hasent been much happening a girl is on her first time report and her sticky note with all her facts is gone. Her boss is not very nice he said she has a mental problem and shes slow but that isnt true. Then it transitioned over to a boy and his friend named chip might like his little sister and Chip really likes to plan ahead he is much different from Jonah because he doesnt even like to plan whats for dinner. That is about al that happend in the first few pages that i read.

The title of the book that I am reading is Ungifted by Gordan Korman. Previously, I was reading Bad Luck and Trouble. I abandoned that book, because I was about 75 pages into it and it was very boring. Anyway, Ungifted by Gordan Korman is about a boy named Donovan Curtis, who is a very big trouble maker. One day, after skipping out on his detention, Donovan comes up with this great idea of smacking his school's statue with a giant stick. When the statue's globe falls off and starts rolling towards the gym, which is packed with students watching the school's basketball team face its rivals, Donovan starts running towards the giant globe, trying to stop it. You know what happens after that. The globe destroys the gym, and the superintendant of the school district wants to have a little "chat" with Donovan. He rights Donovans name down, and Dr. Shultz says they will talk more later. Right as Donovan and the superintendant are walking out, the superintendants assistant comes in and asks the superintendant where the name is for the kid going to the very smart school, Dr. Shultz says its on is desk. After a big mix-up, Donovan ends up at the very smart school where he does not belong. I just started this book, and I am about 16% done with it.

The book I am reading is Found. I am on page 105. Some events that lead up to the climax of the story is that Jonah and his friend Chip are receiving taunting notes from strangers. Also Jonah finds out that his friend Chip is adopted too. The two boys go on an investigation to find out who is sending these notes. They are also trying to find more evidence about there birth parents. Chips parents do not leak any information but Jonah's parents are a little more open. Jonah is keeping his cool. But Chip is going bonkers worrying. Jonah tries calming him down saying it's just a joke.

While she is staying with the doctor Doon is staying in the plaza. People at the plaza will be feed bread and fruit while the people that are staying with the people of sparks will eat with the family they are staying with.

The book I am currently reading is The Maze Runner by James Dashner. I am now on page 168. A lot has been happening in this book. Thomas has the determination of being a Runner, and he wants to be a Runner even more after he witnesses a Griever in the window. During the tour that Alby takes Thomas on, he gets the sensation that he has been to the Glade before, even though is has no recollection of the event. This also sets the spark of being a Runner ablaze. Things start changing when a girl is sent to the Glade the day after Thomas encounters the mysterious Box that lifts them into the secretive Glade. There has never been a Newbie in the same month before, let alone two consecutive days. The girl has a message, and Thomas thinks it will help him find the answers he has been dying to find out.

I finished Divergent by Veronica Roth. While reading this book, I felt like there were so many climaxes, because the book was so good and exciting. But some of the events leading up to the main climax were when Beatrice picks a different faction, besides Abnegation, her home one. Everyone was surprised with her choice. When she goes to that faction, she had to go through initiation to determine is she belongs there, or if she should be factionless. The three stages of initiation are different, and exciting adventures for Beatrice. Is she one of them? Does she belong in the faction?

The book I’m reading is Divergent by Veronica Roth. I am in page 101. Some of
the main things that happened was that Beatrice picked her faction, Dauntless. Meaning she left her family. Dauntless is known as the brave faction, so there are things she has to do that aren't very safe, like jumping of off trains, and fighting other people. In the story Beatrice was the first one to jump of off the train so one of the supervisor's, Four, gave her the name Tris instead of Beatrice. Something else that was really interesting was that Tori, the girl who gave her the test, worked at a tattoo shop and found Tris. Tori wanted to talk about her being Divergent, and that's where I left off.

I reading Mockingjay the final book of the Hunger Games.I currently on page 89.Right now I’m not even close to the end of the book But right now Katniss and her Rebel Team is getting prepared to start a war with the capitol,Katniss said that she will be district 13 Mockingjay as like their leader,Katniss plan is to go back and see what happened in the arena before she blew up the arena then she wants to destroy district 2 because some people form the capitol grew up in district 2 and then destroy the capitol.

I am reading the book Twilight and I am on page 136. Bella has moved in a with her dad in a town called Forks. Bella goes to school in her new old pick up truck everyday. She has made lots of friends at her new school but there is this one friend that is a mystery and she can not seem to read him like she can for other people. Edward Cullen, a beautiful guy who stands out from other people to Bella. His eyes sparkle everyday and sometimes change color. Edward tried staying away from Bella for her sake but soon he stopped. Bella keeps getting into accidents and Edward kept saving her in a flash. She thinks she is going crazy for thinking he is a vampire but with all of the myths that she heard.

The book I am currently reading is Zenith, by Julie Bertanga. So far, I am on page 129. So far, a lot of things have happened in my book. Mara's ship crashes into a sea port, Tuck's mother dies, and Fox learns how to survive the harsh winter. when Mara's ship crashes into the sea port, the people of the seaport set out after them to get revenge on them for ruining their town. I really like this book so far!
I am Reading the book Hana's Suitcase. I am on page 50 out of 107. I am reading a non fiction book about the Holocaust. So far Hana lives in a small town called Nove Mesto. But one day Hitler comes and their lives are changed forever with all the new restrictions Hana and her brother are very sad and depressed. As the Holocaust gets worse Hana's parents get taken away and are sent to concentration camps. Soon enough so are they.

The title of the book I am reading is Jasper Dash and the Flame Pits of Delaware. So far I am on page 230. So far the book has been really mysterious. Jasper Dash is in the Championship for Stare-Eyes a game that is basically the same as a staring contest. Well Jasper's team waits for the other team to arrive one of Jasper's friends spots an unusual looking van with tinted windows. Later they find out it was just the other team. When they come in they have their jumpsuits on looking intimidating. Jasper's friend still thinks there is something up with that van. She eventually decides to investigate further. She finds out something huge about the van. You'll have to read to find out what it is.

The book I am reading is called Leviathan. I am on page 343 out of 434. Right now Alek and Deryn are being attacked by a enemy and are running to tell the others.The rising actions are when Deryn joins the British Air Navy. and for Alek it is when he starts running from his allies. Another rising action is when the Leviathan crashes in the alps were Alek is hiding out from the people who are chasing him also when Alek goes to give medicine to Deryn and is captured. Read the Leviathan to find out what happens next.

I am reading the book The Game Of Sunken Places and I am on page 84. I am about half way though the book and I think I just reached the climax. Some events leading up to this points were Brian and Gregory go to Gregory's uncle's house for some of the summer. They figure out that they are in a game and they have to solve a riddle when Jack Stimple steals something essential in the game. They need this to stay alive in the game.

The science fiction book I have finished is called "The 5th Wave." Some of the main events that have happened so far is: Cassie meeting Evan, and two main characters being alive ;). They all meet up in the most strange way possible, as they plan to take down the head of the base. I would give more details, but the book has a HUGE turning point every chapter. It makes you want to not stop reading, always being fsast-paced and action packed. :)

I am reading the book, First Light by Rebecca Stead. I am on page 100. There were a few rising events that led up to the climax. One of those events was, when we found out that one of the main characters, Thea, lived underneath the Earth. Another rising event was when the other main character, Peter, moved to Greenland. Peter goes outside in a storm and sees this bright red thing in the ice and it gives him strange visions. I am excited to read more!

I am reading the book Unwind and I am on page 60. A boy named Connor is a runaway Unwind and on the way he has teamed up with 2 other kids trying to stay alive. Risa, who was on her way to Unwinding when her bus crashed and she went to the woods with Connor. They also took a boy named Lev with them and he was going to be Unwound as well, but to Lev, being Unwound is an honor. When all three are in the woods changing their looks, no one knows who to trust.

I am reading Peak by Roland Smith and i am on page 37. Main event #1- Peak gets caught climbing a wall and goes to jail. Main event #2- Peak gets fined 150,000 dollars and i son probation by the judge. Main event #3- Peak gets sent to Thailand to live with his father for a while. I am reading Leviathan. I am on page 73. Alek's dad, the king, has died and so has his mother. Deryn has joined the army disguised as a boy in order to server. Her dad died in a ballooning accident. Deryn has to test herself by going up in a huxley, a sort of cross between a jellyfish and a hot air balloon. While she is flying in the air, a storm comes towards her and the creature gets nervous. The huxley falls, she will crash with it. She has to decide wether she wants to wait it out or to get pulled back in, resulting in her having to leave the service

I am reading the book Evil Genius and I am on page 173. Some main events that are leading up to the climax are when 2 of Cadel's classmates that are twins are fighting. But one of them hit the other over the head with a monitor and now she is in a coma. At school there is a thief and when Cadel stayed late one day he saw someone that was in a black coat and not saying anything. So far that is the latest main event that I think is leading up to the climax.

I am reading the book, The Adoration of Jenna Fox. I am on page 48. I have a lot of interesting events that have happened, but I will tell you the main events. The first main event is when Jenna started watching tapes of herself and her family so she can try and remember her life. The second main event is when Jenna met Mr. Bender. This one is important because Mr. Bender is a stranger and curious man so he kind of helped Jenna learn to be artistic, curious, and different. Lastly, I would say that another main event would be when Jenna is starting to get a sense of who everyone is, and who she was before the accident.

Life As We Knew It
I am reading Life As We Knew It and I am on page 70. It takes place in New York City and an asteroid hits the moon causing horrible catastrophic events. Miranda and her family (Matt, mom, and Jonny) go through many crazy events avoiding the bad storms and such. There is low supplies of food, water, gas and more. It is hard to live, and they don't know if it will ever end. I think either pretty early in the book when the asteroid hit the moon was the highest point, or it hasn't happened yet. It's sorta hard to tell

The book I am reading is T MINUS the race to the moon. The page I am on in this book is page 71. At this point I am nearing the climax in the book. In T MINUS the race to the moon scientist are trying to figure out a way to get a living man on the moon. C.C. and his buddy max are trying to come up with ideas but none of the are working. Later in the book they finally figured out how to make a rocket go up in space and work. The astronauts are getting ready to go up in space to go to the moon will they survive.

I am reading First Light by Rebecca Stead. Since I am re-reading it, I am on page 21. And this time though it is a lot less confusing. And before I only got to page 44 so I have yet to get to the climax. But so far the book is about a boy from Oregon named Peter. Both of his parents are scientist. But his dad is a glaciologist. He goes on many trips all over the world to study glaciers but now he is getting the opportunity to take his wife and Peter with him to Greenland for six weeks to study more about global warming.

The title of my book is The Last Book In The Universe. The highest climate so far that I read is that the main character, Spaz and this old gummy((old person)), Ryter go inside some kind of pipe called “The Pipe”, and they are trying to find a way to go to Spaz’s friend, Beans. So so far, they are close to the end after meeting these “Monkey Boys” and meeting their leader. But, that’ all I’m going to say, I won’t say anything specific!

I am reading Seizure and I am on page 36. The Virals (Superheros basically) and they all live on loggerhead island in Carolina. There parents work on a animal study facility. Now that the funding for the facility is running out the Virals will have to move to live somewhere else with their family. The Virlas are very close friends and when they move they will be seperated and their friendship could be ruined! What will they do now that they are going to be seperated.

I have finished the book Glitch. The rising action of this book so far is that the main character Zoel Q-24, also known as Zoe glitches, or has anomalies. Every human below the Surface has a chip in the back of their brain which does not allow them to feel any emotions other than pain. these anomalies, or glitches, allow the person to experience these blocked emotion from the Link, the computer program which blocks emotions. These “glitches” also gives the person powers. Zoe has the ability of telekinesis She has met with Adrien, a person who can see into the future and they are working together with a few other anomalies to escape to the Resistance.

The Parisians set up a tiny blockade of 220 men armed with bows and arrows. Dak, the main character, is captured by the Vikings and is held captive in one of the Viking tents while the Battle of Paris is breaking out. <<dont worry that is not the climax<<

I am currently reading the book The People of Sparks and am on page 150. The main characters, Lina and Doon, continue to discover new things about the new and undiscovered world. Only 4 months remain before they will have to live on their own. The people of Ember are already in poor conditions as they receive little food and lots of work. Nobody knows what will become of them as they are left on their own, but the hopes are not high.

I am reading Virals by Kathy Reichs. I am on page 176. So far in this book the main character Tory, and her friends Hi, Shelton, and Ben. Have explored and broken into a maximum security science lab. And have snuck around without being caught. Then the group discovers a top secret project in a supposedly "shut down" lab. The kids steal the subject of the project and escape safely with it.

My sci fi book is divergent. I am currently on page 48. Right now I am not near the climax at all. But so far Tris has made it through to the dinner. Tris realizes that her dauntless leader Eric is scary and tough. She wants to show him that she can exceed his standards of her (I infer this). Tris probably misses her family to because she feels bad switching because Caleb and herself chose to transfer to Erudite and Dauntless and now its just her parents left in the Abnegation.

The book I am reading is ‘‘Skyship Academy’’ by Nick James. I am currently on page 102. So far Jesse Fisher is unliked by Cassius’s family but are somewhat friends. One day Cassius was feeling something burning inside him and then he just blew like a fireball. He woke up in a hospital and Madam told him everything that happened. She also revealed a secret about Cassius and that he went outside the Bio-Nets. Now it seems that Cassius is trying to figure out how he went outside the Bio-Nets and what will happen to him and Jesse Fisher.

I am reading the book GO BIG OR GO HOME. I am on page 144 and there are 185 pages. So a few main points are, when Brady's neighbors are having a get together for there first use of their machine. Also, when Brady almost dies from the meteorite coming through his ceiling and through his bed. Also the scientist telling Brady and Quinn that the meteorite is very rare like only 30 found on Earth so far.

Some of the turning points in the book are when Spaz makes contact with a proov girl, (which is forbidden and can be sentenced by death.) A messenger informs Spaz that is “sister” Bean is dieing and wishes to see him one last time. So, Spaz,Ryter, and Little Face set out on an adventure to find Bean. And along the way, they face some crazy experiences.

I am reading the book The Shadowing Hunted. I am on page 69. Some events that are leading up to the climax is Callum going home and then seeing a bunch ghosts. The next one is about how callum was heading home again then all of a sudden he realizes that he is lost and doesn’t know where he is. So he is starting to head back and he hears someone yelling “Help”. Callum then comes up to this place where it is all old and rusty and just bad. He hears “It is coming” also he sees on a tall brick wall in blood it says “It is coming”. Randomly it just gets all quiet and from the farthest that callum could see all the houses were pitch black.

So far, The main character, Miranda, thinks the world is going to end because an asteroid hit the moon and all food/crops are cutting down. Many people aren't eating very much. Voices is about a man named Pierce and how he has a machine that can go back in time and record speeches or other sounds. Pierce is supposed to be using this magnificent machine for work purposes but instead decides to use it to record conversations he had with his ex-fiance before her tragic death. Pierce is bewildered by the fact that his boss (the widower of his ex-fiance) has no emotion about the matter. Pierce is invested in finding out why his boss is not upset over this tragedy and figuring out why his bosses wife was in the fire.

But because Lina’s granny is very old she is not sure if she is telling her the truth or not. Doon, at his first day in pipeworks, finds himself in the generator room. he has been telling himself that he can fix the generator for years, that he is smarter than other people. He gets to the generator and has no idea how it works, and when he asks the old man working on it he says he doesn't even know. Doon is faced with a new problem, finding out how to save the city by getting them out.

My book is Cinder and I am on page 214. Cinder's cruel stepmother, Adri, has forbidden her from attending the ball after she was present when they discovered that Peony, her stepsister, had the plague. Adri now blames Cinder for passing the plague to Peony even though Cinder never caught it. As a result, Adri forces Cinder to volunteer for a cyborg drafting. She unwillingly volunteers to be tested on for scientists to find a cure to the plague. However, what she discovers is that she is not who she is taught to believe.

I am reading All the Lovely Bad Ones by Mary Downing Hahn. I am on page 94. Well it all started out when Corey and Travis wanted to bring a little more excitement to there summer vacation. They are at a hotel that their grandmother owns and they want her to get some more business, so they play a prank to pretend that there is ghosts haunting the hotel. Until they forget to play the prank one night then the next morning the people that are at the hotel are all talking about seeing and hearing the ghosts. Except Corey and Travis didn’t play the prank and now they are getting worried that there is actually ghosts in the hotel.

The book that I am currently reading is Divergent. I am on page 72. Beatrice has chosen Dauntless as her faction at the Choosing Ceremony. I was surprised when she chose Dauntless because her “Born” faction, Abnegation, doesn’t seem to be the very brave and fearless type. There are 12 transfers (who transferred from their “Born” faction to Dauntless) and after they jump off of a train (on the first day of their new faction), only 9 make it. Beatrice changed her name to Tris because she says that this is a new faction so she should start off fresh. Now the rest of the transfers are fighting for initiations.

The book I am reading is Things Not Seen. I am on page 71. Right now in my book the main character Bobbys parents got in a car accident and booby is having a hard time because he has to stay with a neighbor but nobody knows he is invisible except his parents so booby has to think. He decided that he would sneak in to the hospital to see his parents. He gets all bundled up so nobody can tell he was inviable. At the hospital they find him suspicious and don't let him in there rooms. He got a plan to unbundle himself and walk right in.

I am reading The Maze Runner, I have finished the book. The Book is mainly about how Thomas a boy that came into a remote place called the “Glade” and changed everyone's lives. The people that lived in the maze were desperately trying to get out. Thomas was one of the only people to survive in the maze and he turned everyone's life around. He guided them to do some really important things that are key elements that lead up to the climax such as finding where the grievers , a large species of horrid monsters that terrorize the gladers. Also, he finds ways to kill these monsters.

I am reading the book Divergent by Veronica Roth I am on page 32. The book has had many exciting parts so far and I'm not even that far. The climax of the book so far is that Beatrice finds out that she is divergent. This is a high point in the book because not many people are divergent and she is not supposed to ever tell anybody that she is divergent because divergence is very dangerous.

Divergent. I am on page 143. On page 131, I liked this sentence, “A drop of sweat rolls down the back of my neck as we run up the paths along the walls of the Pit, pushing past members on our way up.” I like how the author, Veronica Roth, used the word “rolls” in this sentence to describe the movement of the sweat. The author could have used different words to describe the how the sweat was moving, but I like how she chose this word because it is simple, yet I can still imagine the sweat rolling down the back of her neck.

Sadly her parents died and she was left on the streets with her brother Tyler. Callie desperately needed money. While she was walking on the street one day she heard about Prime Destinations. This place called Prime Destinations is where young people like Callie with no parents on the street can go and make money, but at a very high risk. Callie decides to go through with it but something terrible happens read to find out what happens.

The book I'm reading is Ever Lost by Neal Shusterman. I am on page 175 and it has gotten pretty interesting. So far in the book Allie, Nick, and Lief met a bad gang of 'Afterlights' but managed to get past threatening them with the MacGill. Soon after they made it to Marie Hightower's 'orphanage/foster home' for other 'Afterlights' in Ever Lost. Allie didn't like Mary but Nick ended up with a crush on her. Lief ended up braving a video game addiction to PAC Man. Allie became very observant and found out the kids in Marie's care repeated everything everyday with the exact Same outcome. Nick became closer to Marie and Marie's little servant got jealous. So the little boy got another to give info about the forbidden 'Haunter'.Allie then gets Lief and Nick to come with her to the 'Haunter'. The 'Haunter' made Lief and Nick take a test and when they failed they were locked in a pickle barrel (vinegar) and locked in there. Allie however passes but did not stay and left to find a way to save her friends. She then returns with that gang of bad kids but finds out the MacGill has taken them and goes without the gang to get them. She finds out she can skinjack but calls it body surfing (taking control of the living).

The book I am reading is Uglies by Scott Westerfeld and I am on page 298. I think some of the highest points in my book is when Shay, Tally’s best friend, go in to The Ruins the first time and also when Shay asks Tally to run away with her to The Smoke where Shay’s old friends had snuck away to. I also think that one of the main events is when Tally is asked by Special Circumstances to go out and search for Shay. I do believe that I have reached the climax tho. I think that when David, Shay’s and Tally’s friend that lives in the smoke, tells tally he thinks shes beautiful really leads up to the climax.
